Top hat for Jimmine Cricket??

Hello guys. I am sorry to ask questions about such small things. But this may not be anything. But could you look and see what this MIGHT be. I found it near a Civil War bullet ( my first ). I found a .58 caliber Gardner bullet. It looks like a game piece from Monopoly . it also looks like a over size primer for a muzzle loader.
