Tortoise shell box

Hi

Can anyone help me ID this box please?

The lid edging which is a separate piece and raised is decorated with flowers and leafs. The item has a hinge at the top rear. I think there are some 5 images of heads and 2 buildings one with a lean-to on the lid. The base is floral and leaf.

Possible opium box? The flowers look like poppies. Do the people on the lid look to be dressed in Coolie clothing or and Chinese motifs on the box? Very Interesting, Sub

The images do not display Coolie attire. Yes there are a few symbols and I will try to draw them. I will do my best but I am the least artistic of my family, perhaps my country!

A very very nice little carved tortoise shell box that I would be tickled to have in my collection of the things I think are neat!!!
