Tot lots,schools or city parks in Memphis or surrounding areas?

I'll be in Memphis in August for a week or so and was wondering if anyone ever hunts the city parks, tot lots or schools in the Memphis area. I can find no laws against it so far from the online research i've been doing. Would like to hear from someone in the area that may know for sure. Thanks
