Got this behind park before bottom fell out, actually it was already raining and I didn’t stray to far from the UTV. At least it’s cooler out there. Wind hasn’t ramped up yet from Helene.

Yeah, possibly a later 1940s Tootsie toy

Old cast toys are great.
Though I am thinking that yours is a possibility a fire truck cab.
Just going on the bump on the roof.
That or some type of emergency vehicle, tow truck even.
