I found this Vermont agriculture department bird tag and wanted to know if there was a place I could check for more information about this specific tag.

Just look up VT Ag. Dept. Give them a call. Are there any numbers on the other side? Either a phone number or a band number?

I have found two of those and all of it can be done online. They give you a print out of when the bird was born and what kind it was. One of mine was a mallard and the other was a peregrine falcon.
