I just wanted to be able to walk into a lottery store for my winnings and today, that can be crossed off my bucket list. In Virginia, any amount over $600.00 has to be obtained through a lottery store and today was my luckiest day playing. I feel I can retire from purchasing tickets. We'll see!!!

A friend and I have been buying powerball tickets together for years. In 2004 we matched all numbers except the powerball. With the multiplier ball the ticket paid out $500. They changed the payouts a couple years ago, now the same ticket is worth $2,000,000.
