I was looking into buying one as well I have had high priced machines in the past that didn't live up to all the advertisements. I like the fact that this one searches with all three khz and you don't have to keep changing frecs. to have fun. It also has display to help you figure out what is down there, and it cancels out mineralization from salt water and black sands.
