Yea I watched it the other nite all I can say is this sure wish that I could carried from place to place in a a/c bus with my goodies go to nice clean 'treasure spots" with my cell phone no digging no nada take a hot shower etc etc nuff said Buck

I'm a Little Curious if Some of it is Staged.

When they were at Mt. Rushmore the one team member picked up a large Rock & started carrying it with him. saying we need to take this stuff with us. or somehing to that effect.

Isn't Rushmore a National Park ?

Walking around Looking at the Ground, Crawling into Caves & Picking up Rocks is Illegal if it is.

Don't get me wrong, I'll watch it because, I rarely watch TV

and the Premise of the show intrests me enough to Watch it.

I'm not a Reality Show Fan, but there are 2 Reality shows NOW
I will watch Survivor & Treasure Hunters.

even though I'm sure they are both only 50% Real
and 50% Scripted.

Besides, I'm rooting for the Grad Students.

and want to see how the wife on the FOGAL FAMILY reacts when they loose. They have cheated twice now that I'v seen. of course that may be in the script.
But I can see her Yelling Foul if they loose.

of course the Daughter may break a nail, and need to be air lifted out,
before the end.

I only saw the part where there were a bunch of snakes in the cave and they had to fill the bucket with water. The canoe trip didn't interest me too much so I stopped watching. I would agree that its staged. -CC

I watched the premier and was very disappointed. It is not very well scripted and presents absolutely no challenge to the participants. It is obviously staged...especially the whole meeting of the two groups scenario...

I have been watching the show thus far. It would be interesting if three people from here got a team together for the next round. Then we wouldn't have to wonder if it was real or not. I'll bet that we can get a real treasure hunting team from here together. Count me out. I am to farking out of shape. Somebody else get the thing going, but I will bet that it is real as rain.
