I think you are jumping the gun with your notion here. They are refurbishing the jetty and have been since late October.

As for trash cans, there are plenty of them, they are at the top of the dunes up by the parking lot. None on the beach since there is actually very little beach left right now.

I suspected as much BUT the LAW states that there is to be NO MECHINICAL work done on the Beach from March 1 to Oct 31.
