I just watched this episode--"Treasure Found"....1st time I have ever seen this show...how stupid they are...going down perhaps the most damgerous river they said and they DO NOT have a single weapon on board that boat other than an old crossbow.....this is idiotic...got to be another fake tv series show. Real treaure hunters would have come loaded for bear....a militia type of outfit not a bunch of sissies like this bunch! One and done with this show....I justcannot watch nor listen to starch- brained people anymore. Just got to be a fake...nobody goes into S. Americanjungles without a huge cache of weapons.....nobody!

I heard somewhere they have a Security Force, that actually Travels with them
Because of all the Expensive Equipment the Film Crew Drags along.

I'm sure in the background they are Loaded for Bear & It probably looks like an Entire
film crew with roadies & everything.

Whether or not they actually Spend their Nights at the local Hampton Inn,
like those Survival show people , I don't know.
Some of the crew may. But yes they Have Medics & even a Chopper
on Standby at all times.
You just see what they want ya to see.

Then I'll Wager Editing comes in before the Show Airs, Takes Clips.
Re arranges them in an order they think keeps the interest Growing Through Out.

If they were to drive to the Treasure Spot & Trip over the Treasure the First day.
They would Film for 2 weeks & Pretend they nearly Died 10 Times,
for 10 Episodes before they find the Treasure

for them, it's all about Drama.

For Me, if it's about Metal detecting & Treasure Hunting,
and as long as they don't mention Knights Templers .
I'm in.

If they credit the Templers with Anything to do with it.
I know it's B.S. or Fantasy religious Crap

Yea What Tic'ed me Off, My DVR Thought it was a New Episode.
I sat down to enjoy it and was disappointed to recognize it as rerun.

The Next new Episode won't air till Friday, then next Sunday there will be an Old Episode again

My guess a Few Spanish Coins in a Piece of Cloth.

Too early in the season for them to Find the treasure.

Also I caught a (split second glimpse) of a gold/silver bar where the coins were found.

I missed that.

In previews though They Exaggerate and scam allot.
Which is part of the reason I dislike them

I just watched the first two episodes (not the pre season 00 show). I am hooked. It looked pretty amazing. I would love to go to Bolivia. It seems plausible that where they are looking has not been looked at with the modern equipment they now have. Already they seem to have found more then the early expeditions ie the silver goblet.

It would be incredible if they do even find part of the missing treasure they are looking for. It is pretty easy to believe that the Jesuits buried something under or near their monastery.

I did think their home made bomb looked both dodgy and dangerous. It could of brought down the whole mountain.

Looking forward to the next episode....
