Treasure Rock?

Has anyone encountered or have information regarding this double spiral symbol? I found this large ( about 250 lbs. ) ocean rock not at the ocean but at about 1500 feet of elevation, buried a mountain valley overlooking the ocean. I believe the origin of the rock and or symbol to be of Roman origin or very early Spanish, possibly a ballast rock from a ship.

Double spiral more likely to be Celtic than Roman.

The Celts used that symbol, but who are they? oh, just these Spainards of then.

In Spain the same signs were used just like they are here.

The meaning is "Plus Ultra" , More beyond.
