Treasure Trove o' GOODIES...

I won't bore you with words...just images. These are just a few of the items that were discovered underneath and around the porch of a house built in 1873-1878 (some speculation on exact date). Found over 150 wheats also. No silver coins YET but several pendants and chains with "sterling". I need better weather to continue!!!

I was wondering about why they were in such great condition. Under a porch would explain it. Nice digs!

Congrats on your trove mjc. Digging 150 wheats in one hunt would be sweet. Love the Brer Squirrel pin. Good luck on future hunts there.

The "U" on the case stands for UMC...a division of Remington. Previous poster already stated...and he is 100% correct.

Nice Stardust gaming token from Vegas and Sleepy Joe's is very whimsical and 150 wheats? Some kid must of broke his piggy bank and all the coins fell through the slats..WTG! 8)
