Trouble with youtube

Hey gang,
Anyone besides me having trouble uploading to youtube? I have a wma file that is only 2.8mb and everytime I upload it says " failed " ? If anyone has a solution I am all ears....

I've been having trouble, on and off, but I don't remember the error it is coming up with.

Sometimes reloading has helped, other times, reloading makes it run, but horribly - it constantly is stopping and starting. It says "buffering", and I have check my computer system, and its fine.

Then other times, it runs fine.
