Clovis Ca. use to be a farm house converted to a sanitarium now just an eye sore in the middle of the city. Estimated site built in 1885. It has gone through many remodels thru the years.

the place where people were housed was torn down but i would love to detect it. Its now called Wolf Manor but had a long history of pain and horror :-\

I bet it was a beautiful house in it's day! Shame to see it go into such disrepair. :( Let us know if you get permission to hunt it. :wink:
