Trying to figure out material pipe is made of?

I have I believe very old pipe but could be wrong? It is very cool though and has markings and signatures all over it. I would love to know any info about it if possible? As you can see by pics it very amusing but def not for lil ones to gawk at lol! It seems that the hair on it is human hair and made out of some kind of clay and wood but don't know? Anyone have any opinions on this one?

Nut shells and clay, bottom looks like walnut not sure about the one that is the bowl.

Most pipes are made of Briar wood. Most likely what yours is.
