trying to find a receipt for derby style mariade!

If you mean marinade,here ya go-
2 cups water
1 cup bourbon
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tblespns worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tblspn chopped fresh rosemary
3 or 4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bunch cilantro chopped
Combine all ingredients and soak your meat in it for 10-12 hours,turn the meat over several times during that time. .Makes enough for 4-5 lb.of beef.Make sure to keep the marinade for basting while cooking.
