Dug this button still attached to fabric and it appears to have fabric cover. I was hoping to ID. I found with the other flat buttons and relics. Thanks

I think it is part of a fancy umbrella. The next to bottom piece in the last picture is part of one that the ribs attach to where they slide up and down on the shaft. The button may have been at the outer end of the rib.
