Tuning a Garrett TR Discriminator I just got...I know its old...Help?

I have just aquired an old Garrett TR Discriminator metal detector. I am new to metal detector and will upgrade later once I get used to it. The problem I am having is when I turn it on, It buzzes and will not quit. I don't have a Manual. I pushed in the button and turned it on but just continues to buzz. Am I doing something wrong? Where can I get a manual for this unit?
