Nice finds! I really like finding crotal bells... in addition to the fact they are cool finds they are also good indicators that a site has not been hunted before...or at least not hunted very well. Nobody would leave a target like that un-dug at an old site.

They were quite shallow in a field that has been ploughed before, but not this year.

Nice finds...I found a silver quarter today but it was a 1940...I like yours much better!

Nice bells! I believe the ones with two holes in the top pre-date the ones with four holes.

Yes. I believe they're probably from early to mid 1800's. The house was built in the early 1800's.

Those crotals will clean up real nice Gio. That token is a very cool find :icon_thumleft:

Love that token and a old silver quarter is a bonus! Well done...

Hey there are twins. Were they found close together ?

My todays silver Q was 1943, I also like your better.

Thanks, Patriot. I thought it was a flat button at first. It is quite thin.

Haha, I'm onto your post next.

They were found a few feet away from each other.

Nice set of crotal bells always a saver and hunt addition regardless, and the older silver have a classy design to them and a welcomed find for sure. That holed token sure shows it was done with a nail, and you nailed this hunt for sure.
