But...the blade was actually "under me!" While cultivating clad in a favorite go-to park, I squatted down to grab a dime, and almost landed on a really nice Gerber folder, lying OPEN just barely under the grass....whew....
. I find lots of knives, and be danged if half of them are locked fully opened! Well this nice knife will be used whenever I lose the one I currently have in my pocket.

Another goodie found was a very light, filigreed sterling silver pendant, marked .925 and about the size of a quarter. It rang up a 65 at 4" on the ATPro.

Rounding out the hunt were a kid's junker ring, a plated "J" pendant, a plated "locket" style pendant of a dolphin holding a fake pearl inside. (I dug this on porpoise.)
Thrown in the mix was a little lapel pin with an animal named "click" on it.

All from parks that regularly get hit hard by detectorists, but luckily it also get replenished by quick-change artists....Thanks again for looking.
