two american tokens of "NO CASH VALUE"

recently found these american tokens in my local park, and wondered if they have a value.....even though they say "no cash value", and have american flying eagles on the reverse...

Well, if you were to go down to your local video arcade and plug some money into their token vending machine (I dunno - they used to cost a quarter each, but today...), you could get some of these tokens. But, if you were to take them to the front desk of the video arcade, they probably wouldn't give you your quarter (or whatever) for them.
