That white one really doesn’t display much wear on the side “tips”. Excellent condition 👍🏼

How many Bolens have you found Mike?

Don't know a exact number but I will say 50+. They were my most common type found. Now I'm lucky just to find any. My last point was a Bolen and before that one it was at least a year and 1/2.

With the squared base, I'd lean more towards a Big Sandy on the first one. They were contemporary with the Bolens, so I don't guess it matters. The second sure has a Bolen base, but the blade edges are nothing like anything I've seen on one, even a Bolen Plain. Made that way for a special purpose, or resharpened by another culture, I don't know. Both are two great finds, that's for sure!

Forgot about Big Sandy's; I found another one (simular squared base) at the same site #1 came from. I've wondered if #2 was resharpened by a later culture as well. Definitely one of the strange ones. I've seen and found many serrated Bolens like #1; but nothing like this.

are Big Sandy's e-notched?

Well neither said beveled edges on the ( E) notched type. But here is the description on that style the BS and the Bolen. You can decide which one you have. They both pretty much look the same except the ages.

I think I see the difference now. The Big Sandy has a straight base where the Bolen has the rocker base. In that example you would have a Big Sandy (brown) and a Bolen (white)

Here's 2 more from the same area, picture #2 was found the same day as picture #1 from the 1st group.

I’m not disagreeing I was just trying to help. I’ve found both BS and Bolens in the same area like less than a mile apart but none like what Mike is showing. The points here are much smaller. Either way both types can be beveled from what I read. Neither of the ones I have found are beveled. They are nice examples Mike
