Look like idlers from a VCR to me. Lots of small rubber drive belts.

Could be. Could it be rollers for sliding door such as a shower door or closet? Are the rollers about penny size?

Roller's are only about a half inch bigcy....VCR might be the ticket.Thank's and HH!!

screen door sliders
they are offset rollers to accept 2 screen doors / tracks to pass each other- modern

That sounds more likely to me. The rollers run on a track but I cannot find the exact picture.
