Two Hours at New Permission 12 Wheats Silver

[Indian Steve]

Deepseeker ADS and I spent two hours detecting at a new permission today. I got 12 Wheat Pennies, 15 Memorials, 2 dimes, 2 nickels, 3 quarters and a nice little silver ring. We found almost everything in a 30 x 50 front yard. Can't wait to go back.

Lots of wheat,, has that yard been hunted before??
I would think that there are silver coins there among the wheat.

I didn't get Steve's haul, but I got a '46 silver rosie, , 5 wheats & 5 memorials & 2 clad dimes. Also and two junk rings, one was mangled and lost the setting. Haven't found any markings, that's why I call them junk!









Using a new digital microscope, may have to go back to the floppy Celestron.

Sweet finds that's a lot for one hunt must be nice I hope you find lots more. I saw an American pickers episode where they literally dug up an old Indian motorcycle!!! I found some really old motorcycle frames in the river covered with those black shell snails or whatever saw your sweet Indian bike had to bring that up Thanks for your post!!!!!

I'd say Steve needs to come back and read this thread again.

He has the nicest Indian I've ever seen. And he certainly knows treasure when he sees it! I think he posted pics of his bike here last year sometime.

No Jeff, I don't shave often, but I don't often see anyone up this holler. I am bathing every month or so though, and not growing a beard...
