Before yesterday I hadn't gotten out since my colonial weekend. I did about 30 minutes yesterday and 45 minutes today at a sight. I went there looking for deep chirps.

Yesterday, I got two Indians: 1880, 1893

Found a nice New Orleans barber and a 1884 iHCImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461709150.820539.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461709159.374596.webp today:ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461709127.761422.webp

I plan on doing the entire property. It's an 1685 house which I've dug William the 3rd and KG1 coppers, so I still have hopes of old silver.

Cheers

Very nice finds, congrats!

1685 house... I'd lose sleep at night thinking about what all could be there

You da man Steve. :notworthy: Nice to see your still pulling keepers from the site. Don't you just love digging a deep chirp and it turns out to be an old coin!!!:headbang:

Very nice hunt with a great mix of finds.

Haha, thx Loco. The soil has been wicked dry so after a good rain the site may come back to life.

Great finds as usual. Hope someday to go on a hunt with you. Let me know if your ever come up to Nova Scotia on a trip! [emoji2]

I hope so! Spanish silver is the target. Thanks

Thx Tom. I'm being outpaced by both Charlie and Bart 2:0 on Spanish silver in 2016. I know this site hold a couple Spanish 1/2R's somewhere buddy.

Cheers

The last time I was on T-net and its been awhile you were always having good hunts. Some things never change. Lol
Congrats!!

Nice old silver.
Congrats.

Nice digs Steve! I knew you were going to beat me when I saw that "New Orleans Silver" post. You got me by two years - I dug a 1902-O barber dime just Tuesday night!

Good job on the silver in quick time.
With targets like that still in the ground I'd say your chances are still Very good.
It would be quite exciting to get a silver from William III era. Be even better if it wasn't Spanish. I'd love a Dutch Lion Dollar personally.
