Nice stuff R.D.. I love those mystery silver coins
I had thought the mystery silver coin was the begging of a love token and maybe I will finish it some day.

That is a cool group of old foreign silver.

The half dollar sized coin looks like a Canadian half to me, but it is pretty thin.
Thanks plehbah I had thought that it might be Canadian because it rang up as a dime on the dfx and the other Canadian coins that I found. It's less than half dollar size and bigger than a quarter.

Nice finds and and nice your friend found some Wheaties. HH, Mike

'18?1 holed silver smaller than a dime' - no idea how big a dime is but if you give the mm then I will ID. Based on what I can see but need the other side: its a Silver British '3 Pence'.

No, its a silver 3 pence. The '3' is the large number in the middle.

Despite evidence to the contrary, I am still hoping that you are actually pronouncing it "thruppance" with a heavy rolling of the r's.

Its thruppennybit
