The city cracked open the two street reconstructions they are doing this year. So far, nothing spectacular but enough to keep me interested. Hopefully they scrap down a few inches and release some treasures!

Probably my favorite find is the Hup-mobile gas cap. These cars were produced in Detroit between 1909 and 1939. I love digging local and Michigan related items :)


The “sterlin” ring would have been nice if it hadn’t been crushed and lost its stone :(
