Type & Age Please

I am adding this point to a necklace for a friend. It is from south west Virginia. Could anyone tell me the type and approximate age. Thanks Steve

Looks Late Archaic to me if it was from my area. Looks to be a long strike across the lower end towards the base rite above the stem then scattered from there on. Both sides would be nice to see to be sure.

Back side is a little ugly.

There is always one side better than the other. Hard to say for sure but late archaic to early woodland would be my guess
