Got this one a couple of days ago, along with the 14 K Gold Band that day....there were not many targets, but this was a keeper, and went into the special pocket... This is before the clean up... At first glance, I thought that I may have had a pewter button with a Cannon Ball on one side, but looking through the loupe , I found that there are holes on either side of the ball where the thread went through it... So I am thinking that's the back side, or shank... Then I took some close ups, and I think I can see U.S. on the other side... Can anyone else see it ? Or are my eyes going bad on me ?
