Found this today, but I'm not sure what it is. Any suggestions? I tried Googling it, but with no results.

the little tabs remind of a pair of leather gloves I had with a metal label on them. Perhaps a purse closure.
 
How big is it?.... kinda looks like a badge off a purse or some kind of bag???
