Union Knapsack Brass J Hook

Found this morning on my way up to the ridge where union encampment was April 1865 ( Wake County NC )
It was about 5 inches down in the old farm field I go through to get up / over the ridge to where I believe the actual camp was located. First CW piece I have found on that permission that wasn't way back up in the woods.
