🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Unknown headlight trim part

This is another piece salvaged from the old machinery dump on the family homestead. It caught my eye right away because it has such a distinctive look. The ring is 7 3/4" across outside diameter. The black and chrome "fin" is about 7 3/8" top to bottom.
