Hey Folks,
Got some of my Virginia Beach stuff back to my Florida Lab. This is definitely lead. Melted with soldering iron. Probably has something to do with fishing but appears odd. Don't know how old it is...rich history, blah, blah, blah. Cleaned it up a lot. Weighs: 64.44g

cable lock you hammer the lead to hold cable in it.Sometimes called seals used in trucking if the seal is broken they won't accept load.Newer ones like these have a cam to lock in the cable.Also used to lock electric meters.
