Unknown metal...

Not lead, didn't melt. Not a noble metal...no oxidation reduction reaction. No reaction with nitric acid or muriatic acid. Seriously confused on this one. Could be civil war or modern junk. Shined it up a bit. Weighs: 21.26g, so not a fire nugget.
