Unknown Tag

Hi All,

While metal detecting in my yard - my neice found this:

Any clues? I live in NH. This tag is about the size of a quarter.

Any ideas. Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like a Public Service Company N H used to tag the electrical box

I think that's about right... a service tag, a tamper tag... or just an equipment tag... either way I think thats a great assumption!
