Unusual Lock and an Indian

Went to a new permission this afternoon. Found several wheat pennies, an 1886 Indian and this padlock. Anyone recognize the lettering on the key hole cover?

Very interesting, thank you! I did a little more research and I found out that the the company made locks from 1845 to around 1900, and the ones with the key hole covers were the earlier one.
