They look like parts to measure blood pressure.

Pipette, used to draw a liquid with mouth suction.

The container says Blutkorp on it... BLUT is German from blood, so I'd assume that it's for taking blood samples.

My translation skills aint what they used to be: "blood number apparatus"

Mojjax, you better give me credit for figuring this out.

Do you see photos in wordcat nhbenz? Why is it I dont see images in wordcat?
No, no images, just the good description. But Cw0909's link shows it well and even how to use it! (Be sure it brings you to page 149, I'm not sure why it didn't the first time I clicked it)
