Yet another late 60's group that knew how to get a crowd rockin'!

their looking as old as I Feel :tongue3:
More Energy then me Though :coffee2:

Speaking of drugs, I was in a band thru the 70s’, we were the 2nd to play at a concert followed by Manfred Mann, after we played we were going back to our dressing room, when we went down stairs the hallway reeked of weed. There was a guy in a trench coat standing at our dressing room door, he looked like he was right out of the Colombo TV show. Sure enough, flipped open his wallet….Detective ————PD. Searched the room and our suitcases, BUT he didn’t check my guitar case………BIG MISTAKE! LOL ! The smell was coming from Manfred Manns dressing room across the hall.

Only been talked into going to one concert in my life, and that was Bryan Adams at the Tacoma Dome with #2 back in '87. Although nobody standing close by was smoking weed, the clouds of tasty smoke were just rolling by. I remember thinking to myself.."Breath deeply, and often". Stayed because of the herbal smoke floating around; didn't want to go in the first place, as I honestly hate being in crowds. That was the only contact high I've ever had.............................

I imagine it's still much the same at today's concerts.

Much preferred to hang out at home, smoke a couple bowls and plug in the cassette (often 8-track), or play the album. I'd lay on the floor with a pillow under my head, put on a pair of those oversized Koss headphones and forget the rest of the world even existed. Uriah Heap was absolutely one of my favorites.
