🔎 UNIDENTIFIED USMC dog tag

Is this a genuine dog tag or some fantasy piece? I found it yesterday while detecting at the beach. I've tried to Google the name, but, haven't had much luck. Anyone have access to that info so I can return it to the person who lost it?

Fake. Junk, throw it away . Do an image search for Marine Corps dog tag to see the difference. You'll find dozens of fake ones being sold that look exactly like that one.

Real ones are very noticeable as real.

Vietnam military surplus shops have these fakes for sale as being real. Throw it in the garbage where it belongs.
