I had an item a month ago that I sold for 10 bucks. The shipping was about 10 also. I put the claim in for $20 using the online claim form. Within a week I had a 20 dollar check. I was upfront about it, I attached the ended item page to prove value and somewhere in the comments said the rest was for postage. They paid it.
