A few days back Seger98 posted pics of the battleship he toured. In my reply to him I mentioned that wife and I
toured the USS MIDWAY while on a vacation in San Diego, Ca. He asked me to post some pics of it. So here are the
pics of the AIRCRAFT CARRIER USS MIDWAY.

The first pic shows the building on the dock where we bought our tickets to go on board.

Thanks for posting them Ray, that's a pretty big ship. When the wife & I walked around the battleship, I said to her I just can't imagine how big a aircraft carrier would be, after seeing your pictures, I can't imagine the thing staying afloat, it's so big!

I've yet been able to visit one of these majestic ships in person but it is definitely on my list. Thanks for posting these pics.

Thanks, Chris, for your reply. I am glad that you enjoyed them. Until I saw it I never realized how large they are. It is
awesome to experience it in real life.

hello, Diggin The Past. Thanks. I hope you get a chance sometime to visit one of these. It is quite an adventure to
tour a carrier like this. It makes you feel blessed that you live in a country like ours that has the Military
Service People who are willing to put their lives on the line for our protection.
