V3 gets deep silver

Found this today at a place thats been pounded for years it was about 8" deep. It gave good tone and proper id. I was using the 5.3 eclipse coil.

8" with a 5.3" coil? That's what I've been wanting to hear about the V3. In your honest opinion, how do you feel the detector is working, overall? What detector were you using before? Questions, questions, questions!
