Value of Mirror

Any ideas on the value of this mirror? It is a bureau type mirror (I am guessing on this) that connects to a dresser.

2 possibilities.
Someone needs it for the intended furniture piece or someone wants it so they can adapt it as a wall mirror or add to some other furniture piece.
I’d guess in the $100 range for scenario #1 and the $40-$50 range for scenario #2. As with most items, condition and rarity can influence price. I don’t have enough info to be certain. Good luck. Remember you can always ask a little too much and come down.
