Vartix china cup?

Hello y'all.
I found this under an abandoned house by school this week. It's all there, except for the handle and appears to be in pretty good shape. The house dates to around 1890. I scoured the net for hours looking for info but couldn't find any reference to Vartix earthenware. If anyone knows anything about age, that would be great.

It kind of has a ''Flow Blue" look to it .

Pretty typical "Blue Willow" pattern that has been used for 230 years. Doesn't narrow it down much.
