VDI +08 ?

I know this reading is for titanium but what other metals would be found in this range ?

While being the owner of an XLT for only a month,I did a bit of testing and a 14k gold bracelet was giving me a VDI of +9 and +10.The weight of the bracelet was pretty substantial as well.
