Very Difficult Silver Marks

I could use a hand with these unusual marks. I cannot identify the country let alone the maker or year. I bought this piece in a large lot that contained New England silver from 1800-1850. I am wondering if this is a colonial piece with pseudo hallmarks meant to mimic English silver. But, I'm stuck and it's not in my books. Thanks for your thoughts! Nate
