Found this bottle in a creek while looking for arrowheads. Did some research online and info is all over the place. Anyone narrow it down for me? I guess it to be 1950s to 1970s.
its a modern bottle, your age is spot on..screw tops are a dead giveaway..
 

Screw tops or crown tops do go back a bit farther than that.....1892 if my memory serves me well, and then there was the mason 1858 patent jar. That being said, your little bottle is not that old but it could be from the 20 or 30s....need to see the maker mark on the bottom.

1892 for a very very limited amount of bottles, like you said, masons for one...John Landis Mason revolutionized the idea of screw top bottles
