Good morning all. I picked up this unusual little pottery planter pot at a yard sale in southern Arizona last week for $.50. It measures 9" in length by 6" in height. It appears to be signed "Macklin '72" on the bottom. The unique styling and quality craftsmanship caught my eye. For example, the tusks or teeth in the last photo are very narrow and have a pass through behind them. Crazy to think that they haven't broken off in over 40 years. As far as what type of animal, I really can't say. Foo dog or dinosaur, perhaps? Have a look at the pics and if you can offer any insight, I'd love to hear it! Thanks, and happy hunting!
