✅ SOLVED Vintage Carved Bobble Head Vultures?

Hi and thank you in advance for any help. I am seeking help on this hand made carved wood piece. Picked this up at a estate sale. Estate sell was for a lady who lived down in Arizona years ago and moved up in Idaho. This has a Native American feel to it. But that is a guess. It is of 2 vultures and their heads bobble up and down. With real feathers around necks and hand painted. Hoping someone can help maybe identify or share thoughts on who may have made it, if it is possibly a Native American piece or not,

They are Guinea fowl not vultures and are possibly African art.
