COULD THIS BE A EXHAUST PIPE OF A VINTAGE WAR ERA JET, it is a hard tube with length of 20 inches, 10 inches diameter,
we tried to burned it with acetelyne but we can't make a hole on this, instead it turned out to be black..

I think platinum is wishful thinking, looks like a broken piece of heavy equipment to me.

It is stainless steel. You can't cut stainless steel with an acetylene torch, it just turns black. You may get it hot enough to melt if you keep at it long enough. It is some kind of tube or pipe from a machine.

I think it is part of a hydraulic cylinder as I can see scoring lines around the circumferunce in your photo. Did you find it next to a road as ten inches in diameter it could have come off a bulldozer or other heavy piece of equipment. The Plumber.

p.s. I work on jet aircraft and have done so for years that thing is way to heavy for that application, even in old days.

...I think maybe it is NOT an exhaust for a Baka bomb... rmptr

Did you use Acetylene or Oxygen/Acetylene mix to try to melt it?

Good Luck,
Zym

yes we used acetylene to break it up, the result nothing just to become it colored black, it cant even make a hole on the metal.

I don't think hydraulic cylinders are stainless...

and, given the info we got, an oxy-acetylene torch just makes a black smudge on it, like stainless...

dunno, never tried to torch-cut stainless, myself... but I'll take Mac's word for it.

Interesting, either way.
